1. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, since the brand kept growing, we've moved to different warehouses in distributed locations so we can handle worldwide shipping.

2. How long are the shipping times?

We usually ship in 8-12 days, however due to the global pandemic average shipping time is about 10-20 days for the majority of international orders. 

3. When will my order be shipped?

We fulfil orders and ship them 1-2 business days after the payment.

4. My order has not arrived yet.

In case your order is taking too long due to an uncommon logistics problem, we encourage you to send us an email at info@petshutco.com so we can provide you further information about your order.

5. How secure is my payment?

We use secure payment methods, including Paypal, as it is one of the safest payment gateways available today. Your are protected against fraud and your information cannot be stored in our servers.

6. How do I change or cancel my order?

We encourage you to check every detail before ordering. If you reach out to us within the first 24 hours of payment we can usually make a change, otherwise we can not.

7. Why did my order arrive but in two different packages/days?

Our warehouses are located in different locations with the purpose to reach more people and  deliver worldwide therefore, some products may arrive before others. Don't worry, it will be delivered within a few days.

8. My order arrived but it is damaged

In that case, send us an e-mail with a picture and we will send you another one, free of charge.
